"All trades were coordinated by Joel, whose management skills are excellent. The finished product is outstanding in appearance and quality. The building is essentially wood framed and galleried. Joel added a number of features which make the drawn plan much more user friendly and habitable. He advised on the kitchen & bathroom fit-out, the solar and energy efficiency systems and the fenestration. The end building is an outstanding example of craftsmanship.
