Eco New-build

Eco Conscious New-Build Project, Croyde, 2026

Building control were so impressed with our latest new-build project that they want to enter it into the LABC Build Excellence Awards…

This sustainable, modern timber-frame build in Croyde is clad with locally grown and machined real timber.

The home is highly efficient and generates more electricity than it consumes.

"All trades were coordinated by Joel, whose management skills are excellent. The finished product is outstanding in appearance and quality. The building is essentially wood framed and galleried. Joel added a number of features which make the drawn plan much more user friendly and habitable. He advised on the kitchen & bathroom fit-out, the solar and energy efficiency systems and the fenestration. The end building is an outstanding example of craftsmanship.  We are delighted with the result”
